Further more the project insist to increase production of Cocoa crop which over 75% of the population depend for their sustainability. Cocoa crop is considered very friendly to the survival of rainforests in the world and Cameroon in particular where morethan 10 million of the Country's population depend directly or indirectly on it for sustainability.
If this project is not supported what will happen?
1. Climate change effects, droughts, floods, rising tides, melting ice, and disasters, diseases, hungar, low productivity, poverty and disapperance of the natural environment , the great apes, Elephant and the vital issues of biological interest and Man will also disappear one day.
2. Many more peasant farmers, Visitors and children will die from drawning and from attacks from wild water animals like Crocodiles and snakes.

3. Fetching of Drinking Water which is now a big problem among these communities will be arrested.
Peasant farmesr and children find it very difficult to gain good drinking water from springs. They have to move more than 4-7 Km into the forests to get good drinking water.
This situation has caused many problems within these communities like, broken homes, rape cases and hiv/aids spread, attack by wild animals, fighting by children for scrable for clean water and a host of other calamities.
4. Many persons will learn of
-Ecological Fiscal Reform, Biofuels calculating methodologies
-How Kyoto1 dovetails into Kyoto2- resetting baseline and timelines
-The Climate Fund,REGGI
-The Carbon Disclosure Project.

How can this project be supported?
The projects will survive from donations in kind or in cash.
We need individuals, Organizations,Foundations,Governments and others to donate cash or other support to survive the Cameroon rainforest.
1. We need the 1,000 Bridges connecting communities constructed in Mbonge Sub division between 2005-2015 to meet the Mellenium Development Goals MDGs
These bridges costs between US$5000 - US$2.500,000 each.
These Bridges are Bridges which have collarpsed after the collonial masters and other International illegal forests exploiters extracted timber in these forests between 1910-1994 leaving the indegeneous communities helpless after they are gone. These were the Germans, French and English.
2. We need international Organizations, Foundations,Governments to assist build some of these bridges either by coming with full expertise to it for themselves or donate into this Organizations fund to build the bridges.
3. Money can be trasfered directly to

What are the main reasons for supporting this project and who will benefit?
1. Poverty within these communities is a serious threat to the survival of the humid rainforest.
2. Lack of Bridges among communities since the local people's forest were exploited by collonial masters, Illegal exploiters and loggers without leaving behind concrete bridges to be used by the communities after their projects were ended.
3. The main beneficiaries are the Cocoa producing Communities of Cameroon, Mainly Women and Children especially those from peasant families abused by Gender inequality and child labour.

BACKGROUND (brief):
INTRODUCTION OF ORGANIZATION
The Federation of Environmental and Ecological Diversity for Agricultural Revampment and Human Rights (FEEDAR & HR) began in 1997 in a small town called Kwakwa Bakundu in Meme Division of the South West Province of the Republic of Cameroon. It was formed by a group of farmers as an Association, a non political and non profit making organization which gained legal status on the 24th August 2000.
The project was initially coined to protect the human rights, the rights of the artistic and literary works, improve living and working conditions of Cocoa and Coffee peasant farmer communities.
This was after the collapse of the National Produce Marketing Board (NPMB) which was responsible for the marketing of Cameroon Cocoa and Coffee where over 75% of the population in Cocoa producing Communities depend on.
The privatization of the sector by government without education and sensitizing the rural peasant population on privatization and its consequences.
B: Objectives:
To reduce deforestation, illegal logging and increase the surface area of carbon absorption in the atmosphere and fighting Climate Change.
To reverse the state of affairs in restoring the various ecosystems within farming lands, reserved forests and river basins of Cameroon
Increase the capacities of peasant farmers to alternative income generating activities than the dependence of Cocoa production only,
To increase agricultural production as a means to alleviate rural poverty and hunger
To contribute to sustainable development and the fundamental human rights of peasant farmers especially as many diseases like HIV/AIDS, Malaria and TB continues to threaten the lives of people in these communities.
B: Achievements: After the legal status on the 24th August 2000,
We have contributed to the initiation of over 650 Groups and Associations involved in sustainable development, community forestry promotion, environmental protection, sustainable development and promotion of the fundamental rights of man.
We have increased participation and involvement of every stakeholder to reduce the rate of disappearance of biodiversity and deforestation in the South West Province of Cameroon particularly targeting;
The Meme Rivers Forests Reserve,
The Meme River Community Forest
The Southern Bakundu Forest Reserve,
The Rumpi Wildlife Sanctuary
The Korup National Park
The Barombi Kotto Lake,
The lake Disoni
The Meme River Basin,
The Ndina River Basin
and other Watershed and Catchment Areas
We hold Special Consultative Status to the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations www.ecosoc.org and are accredited to the United Nations Environment Program governing council www.unep.org, the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification www.unccd.int , United Nation Human Rights Council, United Nations department of public information www.undpi.org and many others;
Also member to many other national and International Organizations.
Several conferences at the National level have also been attended and organized, increasing the capacities of rural communities in reducing green house gases, environment protection, reserved forests and restoring the vital ecosystems and their biological species, and have contributed in many dialogues and discussions in shaping the state of affairs in the world.
HIV/Aids participatory training conferences have been organized and currently 55 hiv/aids counsellors trained by this Organization are living within these communities of the north west and South West Provinces who still give counselling to affected, infected and vulnerable groups.
